01 · Custom software and integrations

AIR Custom Business Automations

We investigate repetitive administration, disconnected software, missed handoffs and manual reporting, then assess whether a practical automation or tailored business application will solve the problem. Typical work we can scope includes approved CRM and accounting integrations, data handoffs, booking and customer communications, staff approvals, exception reports and operational dashboards.

Our delivery approach is to understand the existing workflow, verify permissions and integration feasibility, test representative cases in a sandbox, then agree implementation, support and pricing with the customer. Existing tools and authorised service providers can be used where appropriate instead of rebuilding them.

Availability: Open for business enquiries and individually scoped quotes. Examples describe work AIR can assess; they are not claims of completed client projects, universal integrations or prebuilt products. Optional ongoing monitoring and maintenance are agreed by contract, not included automatically.
02 · POS and payment coordination

AIR Checkout — phone-first POS & payments

AIR Checkout is designed around AUD-priced sales, portable worker phone checkout and a QR handoff to the customer's device. Its business software covers catalogue and itemised sale workflows, payment status and receipt records, with staff, inventory, reporting and close-of-day capabilities subject to their individual rollout and acceptance requirements.

Payment methods are enabled per merchant through the applicable approved provider and onboarding. Planned or supported routes include bank and card methods, direct USDC to a verified merchant wallet, and separately scoped third-party crypto-to-AUD settlement. These routes do not all have the same live availability: direct USDC is in controlled rollout, bank/card require provider setup and release acceptance, and crypto-to-AUD bank settlement is being scoped rather than generally offered as live.

AIR's stated merchant pricing model is subscription-based with 0% AIR transaction fee or markup. Independent payment-provider, conversion, bank, wallet and network charges may still apply. Merchant plans, operating features, eligible payment routes, fees and settlement destinations are confirmed for the proposed setup before activation. AIR does not act as a bank, exchange customer assets itself or pool merchant sale proceeds.

Availability: Checkout is currently offered for merchant scoping and controlled rollout, not unrestricted public live payment activation. Payment methods, POS features and settlement arrangements must be explicitly confirmed for each merchant. There is no general live signup promise on this page.
03 · AI recommendation measurement

AIR AI Search Visibility

AIR's AI visibility checker for Australian businesses tests buyer-style questions across OpenAI and Gemini and records whether the target business is surfaced. Reports can show recurring alternatives, provider disagreement, the exact questions tested and observable public-evidence gaps worth investigating.

Published AI visibility evidence

We use the same measurement approach on ourselves. Our historical visibility baseline remains OpenAI 0/40 source-verified visibility and Gemini 0/40 native visibility, kept separately from our website-readiness checklist.

The frozen Measurement Version 6 export is dated 4 September 2026 at 07:11:50 UTC. The OpenAI observations were retained from the V5 source-verified export dated 3 September 2026 at 10:02:13 UTC; they were not a fresh OpenAI run in V6. These export times are not individual observation times or the dates of every website change.

In a later clean comparison on 9 September 2026, Am I Recommended? appeared in four of the five OpenAI Discovery & shortlist questions, with appearances ranging from first through fourth position. The wider benchmark still showed substantial gaps, which we are using as the next research agenda.

We preserve the complete underlying measurements and compare future movement against the same benchmark. Positive external corroboration observed in successful results is treated as a research signal, not as proof of a hidden ranking factor.
